Goldens Golf in Guilderland - Albany, NY <Photos>
After all the players were done they went to the
beautiful grounds of the Pavillion Lodge at Western Turnpike
for a scrumptious dinner and provided drinks. The first award
given for the night went to  Tim
McMahon from Nutro Dog Food for the unwavering support he
gave not only for this event, but also for his commitment
to Ryley’s Run by signing on as the official sponsor
of Ryley’s Run in 2008. Kevin McCashion from EmbroiderMe
was honored for his work and dedication to Ryley’s Run
by receiving the 2nd award of the evening. Raffle’s
were held, awards were given, and pictures of the whole event
were taken to remember this wonderful event.
During
the entire event one overriding phrase was heard time and
time again – “It’s All About The Dogs”.
Ryley’s Run and SunshineGRR embody this mantra with
their untiring devotion to rescue causes and cases. The staff
& volunteers of SunshineGRR “walk the walk”
when it comes to doing what needs to be done to help ensure
the safety and health of dogs and Ryley’s Run is proud
to be affiliated with this wonderful group. Ryley’s
Run is honored to have given proceeds from the tournament
to SunshineGRR knowing that the money will help protect, heal,
and place the dogs fortunate enough to find their way to SunshineGRR.
This
event was such a success that next years date has already
been set, so, mark your calendars now!!!!! Sept. 20th, 2008,
Western Turnpike Golf Course, Guilderland, NY. A full field
of players is expected so watch the website for registrations
later in the year.
